Info & Games List

The idea behind Gamemastery as a Service is simple. Do you want to play a tabletop roleplaying game but don’t have the time to put a session together? Does everyone in your group want to play and no one really wants to run the game? Looking to learn a new tabletop roleplaying game but can’t find an expert to teach it to you? Let me run the game for you! For a small per-session fee, I’ll run a session or campaign of your tabletop RPG of choice for you and your friends online!

Sessions are anywhere from 2-4 hours long (depending on your preference) and can take whatever shape you’d like: Looking for a one-shot session in a new game system? Looking for a short adventure a few sessions long? Looking for a classic long campaigns leveling all the way from 1 to 20? All of this is possible! The small session fee pays for all of the gameplay time as well as the pre-session prep, ensuring that you are getting the best game possible!

See the Pricing & Sign Up page for more information about the logistics of actual sessions (player counts, pricing plans, and available timeslots) if you are interested. Or, check out the list of games below that I’m ready and raring to run for your group!

FANTASY - Want a totally homebrew adventure? Sign up to play Conquerfall, an custom homebrew campaign designed 100% by me! Or, now’s your chance to run through any or all of the published Fifth Edition D&D adventures and campaigns, including: The Mines of Phandelver, Tomb of Annihilation, Curse of Strahd, Out of the Abyss, Horde of the Dragon Queen and Rise of Tiamat, Storm King’s Thunder, Waterdeep Dragon Heist, Princes of the Apocalypse, Tales of the Yawning Portal, and of course Dungeon of the Mad Mage.

The adventures don’t stop there! I am also able to adapt any classic D&D or Pathfinder adventure or campaign into 5th edition D&D for your enjoyment. Get in touch with me for a full slate of all the adventure options!

KALEIDESCOPIC FANTASY - Welcome to Overlight, a roleplaying game of kaleidoscopic fantasy among the shards of a broken world. It’s a world in which seven great continents hang in the sky, stacked almost vertically far above an unending sparkling sea. And shining down upon it all is a limitless light, emanating not from a great sun or moon, but from the sky itself: the hallowed Overlight.

The heroes of this world are called the Skyborn. These individuals are born to disparate folk and cultures the world over, and who on some deep genetic or spiritual level are driven to make the world a better place, knowing in their hearts that things are not as they should be.

RITUAL FANTASY - In the entirely unique RPG known as The Clay That Woke, you play nameless minotaurs living and working among the people of the Dégringolade and the dangers of the jungle. You’ll try to uphold the difficult, stoic minotaur philosophy of silence, and in time perhaps you’ll earn a name.

GRITTY FANTASY - Torchbearer is a dungeon-crawling role-playing game. One of the things that differentiates Torchbearer is its heavy emphasis on the crawl. While other games are focused on getting loot, fighting monsters, and generally being completely badass adventurers, Torchbearer is about attempting to get loot and deal with monsters, while being completely worn down by the dungeon experience. If you want a gritty fantasy game inspired by classic OSR titles, this is the game for you.

DARK FANTASY - Blades in the Dark is a tabletop role-playing game about a crew of daring scoundrels seeking their fortunes on the haunted streets of an industrial-fantasy city. There are heists, chases, occult mysteries, dangerous bargains, bloody skirmishes, and, above all, riches to be had — if you’re bold enough to seize them.

You and your fledgling crew must thrive amidst the threats of rival gangs, powerful noble families, vengeful ghosts, the Bluecoats of the city watch, and the siren song of your scoundrel’s own vices. Will you rise to power in the criminal underworld? What are you willing to do to get to the top?

SCIENCE FANTASY - Numenera is set on Earth approximately one billion years in the future. The setting is called "The Ninth World" due to the fact that eight civilizations have risen and fallen prior to the current era.

Characters explore a world of mystery and danger to find leftover artifacts of the past: bits of nanotechnology, the datasphere threaded among still-orbiting satellites, bio-engineered creatures, and myriad strange and wondrous devices that defy understanding…

NARRATIVE FANTASY - Dungeon World is a lighter take on fantasy roleplaying through the tried and true Powered by the Apocolypse rules system. If you are looking for High Fantasy without the intimidation of Dungeons & Dragons or the gritty weight of Torchbearer, this is a fantastic rules set that allows for D&D style adventures with a light ruleset focused on narrative and characters rather than unwieldy mechanics.

Mouse Guard RPG

LIGHT FANTASY - Inspired by the Mouse Guard graphic novel, the Mouse Guard RPG is a light zero-magic RPG where you play members of the Mouse Guard - an order of Guardmice set to defend your lands from the wilds and various predators that stalk your borders. A light and delightful RPG that, despite your size, is truly larger than life.

The Mouse Guard RPG utilizes a light version of the Burning Wheel rules system and resolves encounters with a simple yet dramatic rock-paper-scissors-esque battle. It doesn’t matter what you fight. It matters what you fight for.

WARFARE FANTASY - The Watch takes place during a dark and horrific war between a union of ten clans and an invading force, known only as The Shadow. The Shadow is a powerful and insidious enemy that is able to enter the minds of its opponents and slowly turn them to its side; twisting them into unnatural foes. For reasons unknown, The Shadow is able to more easily influence the minds of men, and has turned a great deal of the clan's soldiers against itself.

In The Watch, you'll play a group of elite soldiers who are called upon time and time again to defend villages, attack The Shadow's forces at key locations, scout the enemy's lines, and much more.

In addition to the above fantasy games, there are several other games that are also available for play in a variety of genres. Want to scratch another genre itch? You can do that too!

SECRET AGENT - Want to play a surreal roleplaying game with threads of similarities to media like The Matrix, and Inception? Lacuna might be the game for you. Report for duty agents…

monster of the week

ACTION HORROR - Inspired by media from the monster-hunting genre (Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Supernatural), form your team of monster hunters and take on the dangers of the night!

Apocalypse world

POST APOCALYPSE - One of the most celebrated RPGs on the market, Apocalypse World lets you play dangerous and sexy wasteland survivors. You don’t just live in this world - you run it.

WRESTLING - LET’S GET READY TO RUMBLE! Create a wrestler of your very own. Live the drama! Live the matches! Win the belt!

URBAN SUPERNATURAL - Mortals and monsters vie for control of a modern-day city, a political battleground layered just under the reality we know. Vampires, werewolves, hunters, and ghosts fight to carve out a piece of the streets.

CYBERPUNK - A Powered-by-the-Apocalypse RPG of mission-based action inspired by games like Shadowrun, in a gritty neon-and-chrome cyberpunk future.

Monster hearts

TEEN SUPERNATURAL - Life as a teenager is hard enough. It’s a lot harder when you also deal with your lives as monsters. An intense and interpersonal adventure.

RELIGIOUS WESTERN - Set in "a West that never quite was", Dogs is loosely based on the Mormon State of Deseret in pre-statehood Utah. Players are "God's Watchdogs", whose work may involve anything from delivering mail to executing heretics.

SUPERHERO - Masks is a deeply character-focused game of young superheroes constantly pulled between their real lives and the duties they have taken on as super heroes.

RETRO SCIENCE FICTION - Inspired by Stranger Things, the landscape of Tales from the Loop is full of machines and scrap metal connected to “the facility” in one way or another. Wherever you are… you can always hear the heartbeat of The Loop.
