With Astral Flames, We Burn Even The Gods is a lyric game printed on a single 11x17 poster. Written by Stephen Dewey, with art by Ksenia Kholom'yeva. The original version of With Astral Flames was written as part of the 2018 200-Word RPG Contest (available for free here), and came into existence before the term “Lyric Game” was coined in 2019. It was written as a piece of poetry, built into a familiar tabletop RPG template.
